Cami's teaching style is all about exploration, inviting participants to flow, bend, and invert with freedom. With a background in martial arts, gymnastics, and academics, Cami has been teaching yoga since 2003 (studying since 1999). Her playful classes incorporate elements from the Ashtanga, Power, Pralaya, Anusara, and Forrest yoga traditions. When she's not standing on her hands, Cami works as an editor and chases her three beautiful children.
