Rebecca Butler (E-RYT 500) is the creator of The Sanctuary Yoga Room, a certified Holistic Life Coach and published author. Perhaps most importantly, she is a mom, wife and lover of dogs/life. Her motto is Choose Joy. She loves the truth of life, the grittiness of humanity and the lightness of Spirit — and the way yoga helps keep it all in balance.
