OPEN TO ALL: High Himalayan and Pralaya based yogic conceptsWith New Insights and Techniques, this class explores Variations and Advances of Traditional Practices.  Even the most experienced practitioners will gain new methodology to elucidate the development of classically important practices in Yoga, including breathing and internal points of focus.  Therapeutics will also be addressed.

 Robert Boustany is a physicist, who has been teaching yoga for 44years.He is known for a details understanding of the anatomy of poses, and will explainthe energetic and therapeutic reasons for alignments, and practical reasonsand insights for sequencing, and development. His background is primarily Ashtanga, Iyengar, Forrest Yoga.   His philosophic perspective is Advaita.
