Kabalah Yoga is about searching inward, reaching deeply within and discovering yourself from inside out. It is based upon moving the body into asanas, the Sacred Shapes of the Hebrew letters, and embracing their great wisdom, one that empowers, heals, and enhances our entire life.

Kabalah Yoga is a yoga practice with the consciousness that your postures are powerful tools that help you journey inward and awaken the hidden energy of their shapes in your embodiment for more inspiration, motivation, and positive change.

At a Kabalah Yoga workshop you will learn how to identify the Sacred Shapes within the asanas (postures) based on a three part vinyasa,namely, "body, breath and soul" and add more depth, feeling, and inspiration to your study of yoga.



a). Introduction to Kabalah Yoga (lecture & discussion)

b). Identifying the Body, Breath & Soul, Three Part Vinyasa of the Sacred Shapes in yoga .

c). Meditation.

d). Vinyasa flow based on moving the body into a vinyasa flow that embrace the Sacred Shapes of the Hebrew letters 
e). Savasana/Nidra.
