Bhakti: the path of devotion and of relationship - a way to engage the mystical world.

Once established in our asana practice, we may heed the call of the Seeker - the one in devotion; to merge with Divine as Beloved; to be consumed in the overwhelming passion of the lover. 

Join us in this slow, humble, sensual, intimate and safe union; that of the Lover and Beloved. Flow, meditations, exploration of the senses.

Goals for my session: there will be a short lecture on Bhakti and the Bhavas... there will be a brief Q&A, thne an introductory story for the flow.

there will be a guided meditation; folks should expect to leave feeling flowed, sensual, having created a personal intimacy, connected to the Divine and in the state of love, however that is experienced by them.
