We yoginis live a deeper, more reflective life than most but we also have busy lives and don’t always take the time to go beyond our meditation practices to include a practice of IGNITING our lives. The principals of yoga and meditation can serve as a jumping off point to ignite our lives is by tuning into our hearts and our natural rhythms and abilities as well as by using outside meditation tools to calm our minds and gather our thoughts. We will talk about 10 specific ways I have developed for igniting your life and how to use those every day. I’ll also talk about how yoga and labyrinths connect to some of those principles and we’ll end our time together by experiencing a labyrinth firsthand.
